蒸荷叶干贝饭--Dried scallop rice in lotus leaf

 

用荷叶蒸出来的米饭味道很清香,很不错试吃哦!

3-4 人份

白米300g(浸8小时或过夜,因为米饭是蒸熟的,浸过后比较容易熟),沥干。
干贝随意,用水浸过面,浸软,水要保留
荷叶一张,浸软

冬菇4朵,浸软,切丝
腊肠一条,切片
蒜末2大匙

1)烧2大匙油,爆香蒜末,加入冬菇丝,腊肠片,炒香,加入米粒,干贝,和干贝水拌炒,再加入少许盐,黑胡椒粉和麻油,炒香,离火,
2)摊开荷叶,包入米饭,大火蒸大概一小时至熟。

300 g rice soak for overnight
dried scallop soak in water  until soft.(keep the water)
1 piece dried lotus leaf,soak
2tbs chop garlic
4 black mushroom, soaked and shredder
1 chinese sausage,diced

heat up 2 tbs oil, saute mince garlic,mushroom, sausage,until fragrant.
add in rice,scallop and scallop  water and stir fry until aromatic, add in salt, black pepper and sesame oil to taste. Remove from heat.
Wrap up rice with lotus leaf to form a neat parcel, Steam at high heat for 1 hour until cooked.
