直接法:
这面包虽然用了班兰叶汁,可是效果不够绿,看来应该加少许色素会比较好看!
普通面粉250克
糖30克
盐8克
即溶酵母8克
班兰叶汁150ml(5片班兰叶和适量水打成汁)
牛油2大匙
馅料:
现成豆沙
所以材料除了牛油搅拌至面团有弹性可拉成薄膜,加入牛油拌均。
盖好湿布,发酵面团成双倍大(大概30分钟)
将面团分成8份,把面团搓揉成圆形,轻微压扁,包入豆沙。
在发酵40分钟至双倍大。
预热烤箱180c烤12分钟。

butter 2 tablespoon full
filling:
red-bean
mix all the ingredient except butter into an elastic and soft dough,add in butter,,mix well .
cover dough with a damp cloth,leave it and let it rise in double size( 30 minutes)
divided dough into 8 portion,Knead dough into round pieces,
Press dough gently into flat pieces and wrap in fillings.
Leave the dough to prove for 40 minutes.
Pre-heat oven 180c ,bake for 12-15 minutes.
