香肠芝士面包-Sausage Cheese Bun



这面包香咸香咸的,会有吃不停的感觉。如果吃太多甜式面包,转换个口味也不错!

可做10个
直接发酵发:
高筋面粉250克
糖20克
盐 1/2 小匙
即溶酵母3克
水110克
牛油20克

香肠2条-切粒,稍微炒香,备用。
cheddar芝士,切小片,备用

1)高粉,糖,盐,酵母,水搅拌成可拉出薄膜,拌入牛油,拌均,加入香肠粒,再搅拌均匀。
2)盖好,休面45分钟至双倍大。将面团的气揉出,将面团分成30g,揉圆,放入锡纸上,再次发酵45分钟。
3)放上芝士片,放入预热烤箱180c烤15分钟。

butter 20g

sausage dices and slightly fried
cheddar cheese sliced

1)combine flour,salt,sugar,yeast into mixing bowl,slowly pour in water,knead dough until dough can pull into very thin sheet without tearing.
2)add in butter and knead well-combined, add in sausage dice, mix well.
3)rest dough to proof until double in bulk
4)divide the dough into 30g each, and mould round.arrange on the aluminum baking sheet,proof for 45 minutes.
5)Place the cheddar cheese slices on top  of the dough,Bake into preheat oven at 180c for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
