玉米土司--Corn sandwich toast



亲手烘培的爱心土司,吃起来弹性十足,品质新鲜,卫生又营养,辛苦是值得的!
土司我爱你!

材料:
高筋面粉350克
糖40克
盐3克
即溶酵母4克
新鲜玉米粒150克和50ml水 打烂
牛油50克

1)所有材料出了牛油搅拌成可拉出薄膜的面团。
拌入牛油,搓均成光滑面团。
2)盖好,发酵2小时,或手指插入面团,洞洞不回弹,就发酵好了!
3)将面团搓出气泡,分割成小面团,搓圆,休息5分钟。
将面团擀薄,卷起,在休息5分钟。
4)重复再将面团擀薄,卷起,放入土司模,让面团发酵至8分满,大概 1 1/2 小时。
5)180c 烤40-45 分钟!

Ingredient:
high protein flour 350g
sugar 40g
salt 3 g
instant dry yeast 4g
fresh sweet corn kernels blended with 50ml water
water 30-60 ml (slowly add in)
butter 50g

1)combine all ingredient  (except butter)and mix into elastic dough, add in butter knead until smooth.
2) leave dough proof for about 2 hours or double in size.
3)Divide dough into smaller portions round up and rest for 5 minutes.
4)Roll out the dough, roll it up neatly and rest for another 5 minutes.
5)Roll out the dough again and roll up neatly.
6)put into loaf pan, leave to proof until fills up 80% of the pan.
7)Bake in  a preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minutes.
