松软奶油餐包--Soft Butter bun


这餐包的口感超柔软,又有满满的奶油香,小朋友一定很喜欢!
 The texture of these butter buns is wonderfully soft and fluffy!

液种 :
高粉150克
温水150克
即溶酵母5克

温水和即溶酵母混合拌均,倒入高粉拌均,发酵至少2小时。面团有很多泡泡,松松绵绵的。

主面团:
高粉150克
麦面粉30克
蛋黄1个
水1-2汤匙
牛油50克

1.所以材料除了牛油拌均,水慢慢加入拌成光滑可啦出薄膜面团,加入牛油在拌成光滑面团。
2.发酵至双倍大,把气搓出来,把面团份成小50克小面团,搓圆,松弛15分钟 。
3.可以包入馅料,或再次压出气体搓圆 ,最后发酵至双倍大。
4。180c 烤15分钟。


liquid sponge
high protein flour 150g
luke warm  water 150g
instant yeast 5g

1.mix the yeast into the water, pour in the flour, mix well. let rise fro at least 2 hoerrs.  

Main dough
 high protein flour 150g
whole meal flour 30g
egg yolk 1 no
water 1-2 tblsp
butter 50g

1mix all the ingredients (except butter) when all ingredients come together, knead in butter until the dough passes the thin membrane test.  proof untill it's doubled in size, about 1 hour.
2 Deflate and divide the dough into small equal portions. Knead each into a ball shape.rest for 15 minutes
3.punch down the air, and shape round the small dough, let rise until double in size.
4.preheat oven 180c bake for 15 minutes
