下午茶点心,用蛋糕预拌粉做的蒸鸡蛋糕,加入了果酱,口感也蛮不错,很有蒸鸡蛋糕的感觉。再配上一杯kopi,好满足!

鸡蛋3粒
蛋糕预拌粉120克
果酱1大匙(我用杏桃酱)
油1大匙(我用葡萄籽油)
1)鸡蛋打发至鬆白。改成慢速,加入果酱和油拌均。
2)慢慢加入面粉,用朔胶刀拌成面糊。
3)预热蒸炉,面糊勺入纸杯子,中火蒸20分钟。

grape seeds oil 1 tbsp
1) whisk eggs until light and creamy, reduce speed, add in jam and oil, mix well.
2) add in sponge mix,stir become batter
3) preheat steamer, scoop batter into paper cup, steam at medium heat for 20m minutes.
