班兰喜粄- Pandan Love Pancakes



第一次做喜粄,因为食谱的面团很粘,很软,多加了面粉,不过还好,蒸出来喜粄还蛮好吃的!

可做 5个
即溶酵母 1/2 大匙
班兰汁水125ml,(4-5片班兰叶大成汁)
面粉125克
糯米粉40克
砂糖70克

1)水和即溶酵母搅拌均匀,拌入其他材料,拌均,盖好,发酵3小时。
2)加入1大食油,揉成光滑面团,(我的面团有点湿,就加入了些面粉,)
3)把面团份5份,放入模上油的小碟子里,发至双倍大,大火蒸10分钟。

instand yeast 1/2 tbsp
fresh pandan juice 125 ml
plain flour 125g
glutinous rice flour 40g
caster sugar 70g

1)mix  yeast  with pandan juice, mix well  rest of the ingredients into pandan mixture, cover and rest for 3 hours for fermentation ready to use.

2)Add 1 tbsp cooking oil into the fermentation dough, knead to form smooth dough.

3)Divided dough into 5 small dough, place onto grease small dishes,rise until double in size, lastly steam in the preheat steamer at high heat for 10 min.
