很赞的萝卜糕!剩的可以做港式的香煎萝卜糕!
8“方模,抹油,备用
材料:
白萝卜丝400克
虾米100克
腊肉150克(切粒)
腊肠2条 (切粒)
小葱末1大匙
辣椒2条(切丝)
胡椒粉1 1/2小匙
盐1/2小匙
麻油1大匙
米浆:
粘米粉300克
粟粉1大匙
澄面粉1大匙
砂糖1小匙
清水800ml
1)米浆拌均,过滤,备用。
2)烧热2大匙油,爆香葱末,加入其他材料爆香,加入调味料,盛出100克备用。
3)将萝卜丝加入炒好的馅料中,稍微炒均,然后徐徐倒入米浆,慢小火不停的搅煮至浓稠,盛起,倒入蒸盘,铺平。
4)大火蒸40分钟至熟,冷却后撒上配料,切块食用。

Batter
rice flour 300g
corn flour 1tbsp
wheat starch 1tbsp
caster sugar 1 tsp
water 800ml
1) Combine batter ingredients lightly,strain well and keep aside.
2) Prepare filling, heat up 2 tbsp oil to saute chopped shallots at medium heat until fragrant,add in remaining ingredient, stir fry briskly until aromatic,Reserve 100g for topping.
3)Add radish shreds into filling, stir well.Then gradually add in batter, and keep stirring,cook at low heat until thicken.Dish out,pour into 8" square steaming tin and level the surface.
4)Steam in the preheated streamer at high heat for 40 minutes, until cooked though.Remove from heat, leave to cool,sprinkle with topping,cut into pieces and serve.
